Indispensable Online offers different work arrangements, schedules, and packages to meet your specific needs. You can hire us for these services:
- “Virtual Assistant” service (we work for you from our office), on-site support (we come to your location), or a combination of the two
- Service on a fixed or ad hoc schedule
- Service by the hour or by the project
“Virtual Assistant” Service — $35/hour
When you hire us for “virtual assistant” service, we support all your administrative needs remotely, communicating with you by e-mail, phone, or fax.
In addition, by using software that lets us access your computer remotely, we can perform administrative tasks — such as managing your calendar or recording transactions in QuickBooks — as if we were in the same office.

Setup Fee — If you opt for “Virtual Assistant” Service, there is a one-time setup fee of $125 to cover the cost of installing remote access software at your location.
Discount Rate Packages — If you hire us for a fixed number of hours each month, we offer a discounted hourly rate. The more hours we work, the lower the rate.

Pre-Payment — Discount rate packages require payment in advance for the upcoming month. Unused Hours — In order to manage our schedule, we regret that unused hours cannot be carried over to the next month. If you’re unsure of your needs, we recommend starting with the “Administrative Package” and then adding hours as you need them. |

On-Site Service — $50/hour
When you hire us for on-site assistance, we work for you in person, at your location, during scheduled hours agreed upon in advance. (There is no setup fee for this service.)
Combination Virtual and On-Site Service — $45/hour
When you hire us for a combination of virtual and on-site services, we perform some tasks remotely and some on site, depending upon your support needs. (There is a $125 setup fee.)
Virtual Assistant Service by Project — $Varies
We can provide administrative assistance for a one-time project, such as moving your offices, deploying a new product or service, or scheduling an off-site conference or meeting. Call us to discuss your needs and get an estimate.
